hey, it's Dajung. These are the rules for buying and using my stuff. If you buy, sign up for, or use anything from TC Social, you agree to these terms.
Who I am
TC Social is my business, run by me, Dajung Lim.

These terms cover tccm.tcsocial.co (Kajabi), stan.store/tcsocial (Stan), atelier.tcsocial.co (Creative Atelier), and my free resources and coaching.
Age
You need to be at least 16 to use my stuff. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.
Digital products and courses
When you buy a course, guide, or template on Kajabi or Stan, you get access to it once payment goes through. You get access for as long as I host the course.
Creative Atelier subscriptions
- Plans are $14 or $29 USD a month, plus any taxes.
- New members get a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged automatically unless you cancel before then.
- Your plan renews every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- I don't give partial refunds for unused time.
- If I change the price, I'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Coaching: Clarity Call
A Clarity Call is a 1-hour call and costs $297 USD. You book and pay through my checkout or booking link.
If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss the call without telling me, I may not be able to rebook it.
All sales are final
Because my products are digital and you get them right away, all sales are final. I don't offer refunds or exchanges. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
If something isn't working, like a broken link or a missing file, email lena@tcsocial.co and I'll fix it.
Free resources
Free stuff, like the Free Viral IG Blueprint, is for your personal use. When you sign up for a free resource, you also join my email list. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Your license
When you buy or download something, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own content and business.
You can't:
- share your login or files with anyone else
- resell, repost, or give away my content, in whole or in part
- copy my materials to build a competing course or product
- claim my work as your own
If you break these rules, I may close your access without a refund.
My content
Everything I create belongs to TC Social, including the courses, videos, templates, guides, emails, and the TC Social name and branding. Buying a product gives you a license to use it. It doesn't transfer ownership.
Results aren't guaranteed
My products teach what's worked for me and my students. They're education, not a promise of followers, views, or income. Your results depend on you: your effort, your niche, your timing, and plenty of things nobody controls (hi, algorithm). Any numbers I share are examples, not typical or guaranteed results.
Nothing I share is legal, financial, or tax advice.
Third-party platforms
I use Kajabi, Stan, Instagram, ManyChat, and payment processors. Their own terms apply too, and I'm not responsible if they go down or change.
Limits on liability
I provide my products "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows:
- I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits, lost data, or lost followers.
- My total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending access
I may suspend or close your access if you break these terms. You can stop using my stuff anytime.
Changes
I may update these terms. When I do, I'll change the date at the top. For big changes, I'll let customers know by email. If you keep using my stuff after a change, you agree to the new terms.
Law
These terms follow the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia.
